Absolutely 🌱 I will work with you around all dietary restrictions. The reset is already gluten free, dairy free and pescatarian and is also low sugar and low inflammation

Can I do this if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes you can! I provide a guide for you to ensure that you are eating to nourish baby as well as moving in a way that is safe for your body whilst also being extremely effective.
