One of the best health things I did in 2024 (or perhaps ever) was joining the Ready&Reset program with Esther Cronin. Over the years, I've done various health workshops, and dipped in and out of different wellness practices. But nothing has resonated with me quite as much as this has.

What if I don’t have much time?
That’s exactly who this is for. Every program is designed to work around your schedule—not add more to it. You can choose how much time to commit: 20, 40 or 60 minutes a day. It’s flexible and adjustable week to week.
Can I do this while working full time or parenting?
Yes. Many women who do the program are juggling busy work and family lives. We’ve designed the flow so you can realistically integrate movement, food and mindfulness into your existing routine—without burning out.
What if I never stick to anything?
You’re not alone. That’s why this method is built to support consistency—not perfection. We keep things doable and grounded, and you’ll have real guidance, check-ins and structure every step of the way.

Nutrition & Pregnancy

Can I do this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, absolutely. Many women choose to do the program while pregnant or postpartum. It’s designed to be nourishing, gentle, and completely supportive to wherever your body is at.
Is it safe if I have dietary restrictions?
Yes. The food philosophy is anti-inflammatory and flexible. We provide substitutions for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and more—plus weekly meal plans and shopping lists to make it easy.

How soon will I see results?

Hi, I’m Esther, and I’ll be your plus one as you join a beautiful community of women on a journey to total transformation—a reset. We often need these more than we realise. Life gets busy, and we push ourselves, feeling depleted, without knowing how simple it can be to feel truly amazing! We give so much to those around us, but remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Whether you’re a mother, a partner, or a daughter, it’s time to prioritise you.


My Personal Journey: 

My love for wellness, food, and the body started early, thanks to my parents, the ultimate 90s health and gym couple. This passion grew as I entered the modeling world, where I had the privilege of training with top-tier trainers and beauty experts. However, the industry’s demands led me to a place that was unsustainable—I became underweight, malnourished, and faced issues with my skin, reproductive health, and overall well-being. Hitting rock bottom was my turning point; I needed to find a healthy balance between wellness, beauty, and confidence.


Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in yoga, meditation, Pilates, and the healing power of food. Ready&Reset is the culmination of everything I’ve learned, designed to be accessible to every woman.
